Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxury Wallpapers 4K mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple- or Google-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store's terms of service.

2. Wallpapers & Intellectual Property

Wallpapers provided in the App are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use — setting them as your device's wallpaper or lock screen.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the wallpapers or any part of the App for commercial purposes.
The App, its design, branding, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Premium Subscription

Plans: Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (e.g., monthly or annual). Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Benefits: Premium unlocks the complete wallpaper library and removes all advertising.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple / Google; refund requests are handled by the respective store under its policies.

4. Advertising & Rewarded Content

The free version of the App is supported by advertising, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads. Some wallpapers may be unlocked by voluntarily watching a rewarded ad. Ad content is provided by third-party networks and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App;
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content from the App or its servers;
Interfere with the App's operation, security, or advertising systems;
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

6. Availability & Changes

We may add, change, or remove content and features, or suspend or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Sections 2, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory local law, and otherwise by generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you hold under local law.
